The picture doesn't show the marbling but this vellum envelope looks like it has white clouds throughout the envelope.  Very pretty!

Envelopes are 5.75" wide x 4 3/8" tall. 

A quarter sheet of cardstock fits perfectly in this size envelope.

Vellum envelopes have a translucent look to them.  They are NOT completely clear.  It is more like looking thru waxed paper.   They give a very elegant look to your card.
